How SMART CNC Machining OEE works?

CNC – Computer Numerical Control. The machine parameter, signal, and other event readings are first collected from the machine controller itself or with additional sensors. Typical CNC machine parameter and program – servo speed, spindle loading, NC program, G-code, and coordinates. Example of signal – machine status (start, stop & idle) and error signal. Example of other event reading – motor temperature, machine vibration, power usage, alarm event, etc. The data is then processed by using the suitable gateway/controller/CPU devices and publishes it to the server or cloud service. The useful data from all the different CNC machines from all different places is then transformed into a visual dashboard by using the OEE software.
